The trip departs from Al Rajhi Mosque in Riyadh on Thursday at approximately 2:30 PM, aboard modern luxury buses with a capacity of 49 passengers. Guests will receive a complimentary refreshment box containing water, juice, cake, and a sandwich.
Upon arrival in Makkah on Thursday evening, guests will enjoy accommodation at a 4-star hotel, or a 3-star hotel if a 4-star option is unavailable. A complimentary shuttle service between the hotel and the Holy Mosque (Masjid Al-Haram) is also provided.
A dedicated trip supervisor will accompany guests throughout the journey, ensuring smooth coordination and providing assistance whenever needed, until the return departure on Saturday at 8:00 AM.
